This two-day plan covers Cannery Row and the Monterey Bay Aquarium on day one, then Fisherman's Wharf and Monterey State Historic Park on day two. It is an editorial sequence from official sources; confirm hours with each venue.
Day 1: Cannery Row
- Morning — Monterey Bay Aquarium, adults $65, seniors $50; hours vary by day.
- Afternoon — Steinbeck Plaza and Cannery Row, where the tree lighting is on November 27, 2026.
Day 2: Wharf and State Historic Park
- Morning — Monterey State Historic Park, the Custom House, Pacific House and First Brick House, open Tuesday–Sunday 10 a.m.–4 p.m.
- Afternoon — Fisherman's Wharf, with whale watching, sailing, fishing and glass-bottom boat rides (Fisherman's Wharf Monterey).
Getting around
MST's single ride is $2.00 and the daily fare is $6.00. The free summer trolley is not running. See transportation.

- December 4–20, 2026: add Christmas on the Wharf.
- Monday: the State Historic Park buildings are closed; spend the day at the Aquarium and Wharf.
